The success of these leads comes from how Google sources them. The leads are actually searching 'best real estate agent in Houston' and Google shows Jeff's profile on the top of the search. Surprisingly a lot of the phone calls sound like 'will you help me buy this house I found?' or 'Can you help me sell my mom's house'. In other words SUPER HIGH QUALITY leads, arguably some of the best we can get right now.
